Lyra Co. Strategy & Consulting incubates founders and kids to become the generation of micro business owners in the AI Era. The emergence of AI and inflation has pushed us onto a path where the only way forward is to shine your authentic light. We were born to guide humanity to find clarity toward their highest self-realization.

We are essentially a startup incubator and a micro-business education institute, focusing on serving women and kids to ensure their peace and happiness on earth.

Our mission is to guide you in anchoring your soul mission into a practical, income-generating, AI-powered micro-business. We want humans to be able to live an authentic life that reflects their highest potential, and entrepreneurship is your ultimate path, whether you want to have a business or you want to become a top influencer and creator.

Our Founder: Ms. Lyra
Lyra Co. Strategy & Consulting was founded by our consultant and educator, Lyra Brady, known as Ms. Lyra. She grew up in a family where business was the normal way of living, as all of her family members were small business owners. Lyra is the first generation in her family attended college; however, she doesn’t feel that college education helped her with much except improving her English. In addition, she needs to spend a lot of time wash off the limited conditioning she received from higher education, in order to find the path that feels true to her core and her soul.
Lyra is the 6th generation of an entrepreneurial family. Her great-great-great-grandfather owned a private country bank and, after sailing across the ocean, was killed by pirates. She has been fascinated by business, entrepreneurship, and the world beyond her hometown since she was a child.
She later mastered English and immigrated to the U.S. Lyra was born in Shenzhen, China, just 30 minutes from Hong Kong, often called the Silicon Valley of China, a city filled with wealth creation, technological advancement, and skyscrapers. Although she no longer lives in Shenzhen, she feels she still carries that innovative and fast-paced energy within her. Yes, it’s true. Shenzhen transformed from a small fishing village into a major metropolis in about 40 to 45 years and is currently ranked as the 27th richest city in the world.

What sets Ms. Lyra apart from other consultants or educators is her spiritual gifts. She sees a client’s energy and talents, then translates that insight into a clear blueprint for an income-generating AI-Powered Micro-Business, and for teenagers, she translate the insight into an education plan that will truly shine their natural talents.
As the founder of Lyra Co. Strategy & Consulting, she integrates intuitive energy reading, entrepreneurship, business administration, and AI business process to design sustainable, soul-aligned business ecosystems. Her work is rooted in the belief that every human carries a divine blueprint, and when that blueprint is activated, he/she becomes a creator, a leader, and a pioneer leading others into the New Golden Age.

I finally adapted “Let You Be You” as the slogan of our firm because I feel like it’s still a spiritual luxury that many humans cannot possess. We humans, perched at the top of the food chain, are meant to be sovereign in every aspect of life. However, many humans are just slaves to many systems that limited us - education system, taxation system, corporate system, etc.
But these systems are going to collapse in the next 20 years. The last major collapse of monopolies we witnessed was in the early 1900s, when the U.S. government broke apart several giant trusts — most famously Standard Oil, American Tobacco, and the Northern Securities Company. These corporations dominated their industries, restricted competition, and concentrated wealth and influence in the hands of a few. When they were dissolved into smaller companies, power and economic opportunity were redistributed to many individual businesses. This transformation changed the structure of the American economy and opened the door for greater innovation, competition, and the rise of new entrepreneurial pathways.
What do you think AI is pushing us toward now? How many people will be able to keep their jobs when AI can easily replace their positions? How many people are still willing to crush their souls just to fit into the corporate system for a paycheck? Can’t you see that power and intelligence are being redistributed back to everyday humans, and we are relearning how to harness the intelligence and power that we once gave away? Don’t you think we are heading toward an era where we all need to become solopreneurs or micro-entrepreneurs in order to find a path that aligns our spiritual, financial, leisure, and self-actualization needs all on the same line?
