Cancellation Policy

Coaching packages are non-refundable once the package has started. If you need to cancel the entire package before it begins, please contact us at universe@lyracompany.com at least 7 days prior to the start date. We'll gladly honor your request and process a full refund. Individual Lessons & Attendance: Your presence matters. Not only for your personal progress but for the collective momentum and support we build as a group. - Cancellations or reschedules with at least 24 hours' notice: Free and flexible. - Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows: Non-refundable and charged in full, as the spot cannot be rebooked on short notice.
